Corporate Finance Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Structuring and handling project financing in the form of equity, mezzanine capital and/or bank financing as well as preparing budgets, forecasts and reviews.
• Maintenance of models for calculating profitability and return on investment, including their adaptation for business cases and new business models.
• Preparation of project-related cash flow calculations as well as scenario analyses and ad-hoc evaluations.
• Preparation of internal investment proposals (i.e. assessment report and investment proposal) for the relevant decision-makers.
• Preparation of project assessment reports and investment proposals based on CCE's investment strategy and criteria.
• Coordination and support of due diligence processes for the respective projects.
• Coordination and support of the transaction process incl. roadmap up to the takeover into the portfolio.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Degree in economics or alternative training in banking/finance
• Professional experience (e.g. in M&A or corporate finance, private equity, corporate finance/acquisition finance or strategy consulting)
• Experience in the support or execution of corporate transactions
• Knowledge of financial modelling
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English. (German and other language skills are an advantage)
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• High affinity to numbers, very good analytical skills and understanding of complex contexts
• Independent, accurate and reliable way of working as well as commitment, resilience and team spirit
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and ability to identify business opportunities, high sense of responsibility, strong initiative and pragmatism

For the advertised position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 3,800 (for full-time employment) with the option of overpayment depending on qualifications and previous experience.
