O&M Supervisor (m/f/d)

  • Supervision of O&M contractor (technical Asset Management, Power Plant Operation & Maintenance) including contract management
  • Supervision of HSE management systems of the O&M contractor
  • Work closely with Data Analysis team in Austria/operator unit to understand production levels and identify actions for the O&M contractor to migrate any issues identified
  • Supervision, co-ordination with, and monitoring of the operation and maintenance services provided by O&M contractor to led the PV plant to an optimal operation and maximization of generation revenues
  • Regular meetings with the O&M contractor to review on-site performance, execution of the O&M contract, maintenance plan & backlogs, staffing levels and response times and raising and resolving any issues not being effectively dealt with on-site
  • Identification and appraisal of installation improvement opportunities and implementing best practice and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Monitoring of the O&M contractor including analysis of installation and/or performance failures and shortfalls plus determination of effectiveness of proposed and implemented solutions
  • Be the Owner’s representative on-site and reporting to Owners on a regular basis including further development of the same
  • Supervision/preparation of O&M budget; including its own annual/monthly budget
  • Verify on-site the closing of pending issues from the Punch List of the EPC
  • Contact with Authorities particularly CEN, local public offices such as Health, Environment, land and neighbours plant



Professional requirement:

  • Degree in engineering preferably electrical, electronic or mechanical
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in the Solar PV industry particularly construction and O&M
  • Knowledge of SCADA and electrical systems
  • Experience in Asset Management and O&M including stakeholder management
  • Ability to speak and write in English & Spanish fluently
  • Very good EDP-user knowledge (MS Office, ERP system)
